Prevent heat-related damage by automatically switching the ARC 700 to a low-power mode if the temperature inside the vehicle gets too high during Parking mode. In this state, the dash cam records incidents triggered by impacts only until its operating temperature is safe again to resume Motion Detection or Time Lapse Parking Mode.
Energy Saving Mode
with Radar Module
Connects an optional Radar Module to wake the dash cam from Sleep Mode. Minimizes power consumption while capturing a full 20-second clip (10s before/after) if an impact occurs.

The best front+rear camera for the price range
I did a ton of research on front+rear dash cams, and I believe this is the best combination of quality and usability for under $300, especially if parking mode monitoring is a priority for you. The hardwire install was quite easy, my only complaint being that I had to get quite clever with hiding the massive amount of extra cable for the rear camera, even for a full size sedan. I tried tucking under the C pillar but there was just too much. Ended up tucking it into the side of the passenger side seat.
