1. Return Window 


We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all included accessories. 


2. Non-Returnable Items
 


The following items are not eligible for return

  • Opened or used products (unless defective) 
  • Purchased from other retailers

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.


5. Refunds
 
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved:
 
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method 
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
